Beginning college can be a really exciting time and the additional independence and responsibility can add stress. This additional stress can result in depression and anxiety or other mental health struggles. Many students work while going to school and some have to juggle family responsibilities in addition to their coursework.  Trying to manage all of these demands can be difficult.

Prioritizing your mental health can be an important resource to support your academic success and have your college experience be something that you enjoy and grow from. TVCC has ensured that mental health resources are available to all students.

Insight Counseling & Therapy will be providing a free walk-in clinic where all students can receive limited free counseling services. The services will be available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm in PAC 103 (Performing Arts Center Rm. 103).

You can also contact Insight Counseling & Therapy by visiting their website https://www.insightcounselingtherapy.com/ or calling  or emailing their Ontario office at 208-741-5818 or TVCC.counseling@gmail.com.
