On-campus housing has many benefits!

The Residence Hall is a beautiful three story building built in 2007 featuring very spacious furnished apartment style suites with a living room, bathroom, and shower room in each suite. Conveniently located on campus and within walking distance of classes, the gym and Weese dining hall. Get involved with the fun and diverse communities in the residence hall. Be engaged with friends, staff and teammates and experience greater academic success at TVCC!

COVID-19 Update

The TVCC Residence Hall is scheduled to open this fall in accordance with state and federal guidelines and with resident health and safety the top priority. Double rooms will still be an option as they fall within the state guidelines providing more than the minimum of 64 square feet per person. We are also doing the following preventative measures: 

• The entire facility has been deep cleaned 
• Hand sanitizer stations are at all entrances, common areas, and through-out the facility
• Occupancy in common areas may be limited
• Protocols are changed for safer interaction between staff and residents
• Cleaning and sanitizing of the facility has been increased
• Total occupancy in the facility is reduced for fall term
• Move-In time's will be scheduled for all residents
• We are asking residents to limit the number of guests brought with them for move-in day

We have also installed a GPS ionization air purification systems for our common areas through-out the facility that, “purify the air by eliminating airborne Particulates, Odors and Pathogens. During the GPS cleaning process, the NPBI technology attacks and kills viruses, mold spores and bacteria."  We are dedicated to providing housing for TVCC students while being diligent about the health and safety concerns of today.
