Career and Technical Education
Career and Technical Education (CTE) includes a wide range of programs specifically designed to prepare you to enter the workforce immediately upon completion. With CTE, you can learn hands-on skills and earn a degree at the same time.
Every Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree, certification, and some Associate of Science (AS) degrees are a part of CTE, which includes a number of diverse subjects and programs.

CTE Open House 2022
February is Career and Technical Education Month in Idaho and Oregon! Each year, TVCC holds the CTE Open House and welcomes area high school students to explore all of TVCC's CTE programs as well as meet the faculty who run the programs. Local employers will also be on hand to share how the training and knowledge gained from the CTE programs will assist them with job placement upon graduating from TVCC.
