The Information Technology Department maintains computers for student instructional use at both campuses.  The Microsoft Windows operating system is used campus-wide, as well as Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software.  Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome and Firefox are available in all labs.

Instructional use takes priority over recreational use and appropriate behavior is expected.  Disruptive persons will be asked to leave.  Please do not talk on cell phones in the lab.

STUDENT PRINTING

All students are granted 100 free prints per quarter to use at TVCC for black and white printing in labs, classrooms, kiosks or web printing. At the beginning of each quarter, the quota will be set to 100 pages. To purchase more print credits, students may select "Purchase Additional pages" and select a dollar amount to purchase to begin the process. The College has established the quarterly quota with an intent to provide enough capacity for a user to deal with some limited number of errors and mistakes, but students are still encouraged to exercise care when printing.

From time to time, TVCC locations close for holidays, unexpected closures, and most Fridays during the summer. When the college is closed, the computer labs and student printing will be unavailable for use.
