Apply for Housing

Reserving on-campus housing is easy! Apply now to begin your Residence Life experience! 
*If you are interested in on-campus housing for summer term please contact our office for a summer application*

Prior to applying you will need: 

  • To be accepted as a student to TVCC
  • Have your TVCC email and password

All Residence Life Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis with fully completed applications and deposits.

If you applied for admission in the last 48 hours, you will not be able to log-in. Please wait until you receive an account activation email to proceed with the application process. 

About the Application

We will ask information about you including personal preferences, emergency contacts, roommate requests, and basic contact information. You will be asked to electronically sign the housing contract. 

 

Step 1

Log in to your MYTVCC account and complete the Residence Life Application

  • Click the link below to go to MYTVCC
  • Click Students
  • Click MY HOUSING
  • Click on the Application for the year in which you are applying
  • Complete the entire application and submit to apply for housing. Please read the contractual details carefully, including the cancellation policies.

Step 2

Submit the $250 Housing Deposit

Housing Deposits may be paid in the student services center or by calling 541-881-5815. 

The $250 housing deposit must be submitted along with the application in order to reserve your room. Residence Life Application/Contracts must be received by the Residence Life Office no later than August 15th. Late applications will be accepted until the first day of school; applicants will receive a place on the housing wait list if no rooms are available. Please review the application and contract information for applicable deadlines and cancellation information.

 

Step 3

Complete and Submit the Medical History and Budget Forms

The medical history and budget forms will be sent with your welcome letter after you submit your application. Please complete and submit these to the Residence Life office at housing@tvcc.cc  within 7 to 10 business days.

 

 

Congratulations! If you have completed steps 1 and 2 then you have successfully applied for the TVCC Residence Halls. Please check your student email to find a welcome letter from our residence life staff. If you have not received this letter within 7 to 10 business days, please contact our office at (541)-881-5782 or housing@tvcc.cc.
