The Oregon Migrant Leadership Institute (OMLI) is hosted by TVCC to develop leadership skills and provide college resources to 150 middle school and high school students throughout Eastern Oregon communities each summer. Participants come from migrant and farm work backgrounds.  The program reaches many rural communities such as Ontario, Nyssa, and Intermountain regions.  OMLI is possible with support from the Oregon Department of Education and local School Districts.  We hire and train students from College Assistance Migrant Programs (CAMP) to serve as mentors and lead activities.  Many guests and speakers join to support the participants.

Whereas the state and school district funding helps with daily camp activities, it is not sufficient to establish annual scholarships with. That's where you can help.
