The Information Support Services (ISS) department repairs all college-owned computer equipment and repair or arrange for warranty service for qualifying equipment purchased by TVCC.

To obtain service for college-owned equipment, call 881-8822 ext. 383 during college business hours, or fill out a trouble ticket request.

The ISS department can help you solve many problems over the phone. If this is not possible, a technician will come to your office to diagnose and resolve the problem.
